Ok, so I'm a little late on Grady's 7 month post. He's actually closer to 8 months than 7... but we've been busy and better late than never :) We've had a busy month staying at my in-laws house while our supposedly simple home improvements turned into staying at the in-laws for almost a month (thank you grandma and grandpa for putting up with us!) and we're now living at our house with still no flooring in the main living area (on a side note Decker has thoroughly enjoyed riding his scooter all over our house on the cement!) But I digress, back to Grady. This past month Grady has been a real trooper for us. He's been carted all around and is still such a good little baby. Although not being at our house we fell out of our routine and he got spoiled and rocked to sleep every night. We've now created a sleep monster who will not lay in his crib without screaming his cute little head off! He's also working on three more teeth on the top from what I can tell and it looks like one of those is going to pop through any minute now. So with that has come lots of runny noses and congestion and a little bit of fussiness. Grady is eating many more foods now and his favorites seem to be peas, sweet potatoes and bananas. He continues to interact more with us every day and watches Decker like a hawk and follows him all around the room. He said his first word of DaDa last Friday on 5/10. Jeff was with him when he did and I may have doubted Jeff (wink!) but a couple of neighbors were nearby and heard it as well. I still have yet to hear it... Overall, we had a crazy, busy month with our boys!
And by the way, G-Man's new name came from big brother Decker. We are a superhero family nowadays: J-Man, D-Man, G-Man and T-Girl :)
