Grady’s Baby Dedication and other fun

Today was Grady’s baby dedication and what a great day to top off a fun weekend. We are blessed that Grady is surrounded by such a loving group of Christian family and friends. We pray that our little peanut grows up to know and love the Lord as we do. The service was nice today by Pastor Steve and we ended the service with a lunch at the church for family. Almost everyone was able to make it back which was a treat. So on Sat. we had fun with our cousins and friends. We started the busy Sat. with an Easter egg hunt on the square in Pella. We met friends for breakfast before the egg hunt and enjoyed our Mickey Mouse pancakes. Kristin and the kids met us before the hunt so Coy got to hang with us since Decker and him are in the same age group. The boys had fun hunting for eggs although they quit before their baskets were full due to their fingers being cold. I think everyone is ready for spring to get here! We then headed to grandma and grandpa’s house for a birthday party for Colten (13), Dylan (5) and Coy (4). Decker had lots of fun playing with his cousins and Grady got lots of attention from Emily and Kayli as they “babysat” him. My family came up to stay the night and we had fun hanging out. Claire and Decker were even able to go swimming in the hotel pool Sun. morning before church. A great weekend with family!
