The past few weeks we've been relaxing at home and enjoying our time before our busy spring schedule (except this weekend Decker has had the flu). We have something like one free weekend out of nine coming up so we'll see how I do with posting the next couple of months. Grady is rolling all over the place now. Last Sunday he rolled over from his stomach to his back, so is doing both now. He loves it when you make a big deal of him rolling over. If you clap and cheer he gets to kicking his little legs and has a big grin. So cute! Decker is learning his letters at daycare now and absolutely loves it! So far he's gotten through writing the letter M. Plus V for Valentine's Day and S for St. Patty's Day. He's constantly wanting to practice his letters and sounding out words. So happy that he's enjoying his learning. Let's hope he keeps it up when he actually starts preschool next year! And yes I signed up Decker for preschool. He seems to have grown before my eyes and now seems very ready to go, but I still can't believe he'll be in school next year. Goes by so quickly. Here's some pictures of what we've all been up to.
Superhero D on a mission!
So proud he rolled over
In the middle of rolling
Enjoyed the snow and sledding with Dylan and Emily one afternoon. They especially loved Jeff pulling them in his ice fishing shack sled behind the three wheeler.
The kids liked the snow ice cream we made too
Decker likes to make Grady laugh and snuggle with him
Grady lifting some weights ;)
I went to get a bib for Grady and this is what I found. Decker had planned to pull him around the kitchen with his lasso... who knows what they'll come up with together in a few years.
Grady loves his feet and if you put him on his back he puts his legs straight up in the air. But not just for a second or two, he'll do this for minutes at a time.
Grady thinks he's a big boy and needs to help hold the bottle while he's eating
Decker and daddy using the neighbor's skid loader to clear our driveway one wintery night
Pants are overrated - something I think both of my little boys agree with
Typical site in our house - Grady intently watching his older brother
Dad and mom were up to visit and Dad baked a cake for Decker. He even decorated it in John Deere colors and was topped with tractors. What a great Pampa!
Having fun playing in the snow with Pampa! Here they are with their USA fort.
