The first weekend in May we had some really great weather! So our neighbors Alli and Spence invited us all up to Spence’s parents cabin on Lake Ponderosa for some fishing. We had such a great time and it was so nice to be out on the water! Can’t wait for this summer!! We found a hot spot in the lake and caught quite a few fish. Really I should say the guys and Jean as the rest of us sat on the pontoon all afternoon just relaxing and soaking up the sun! The guys went back the next day and between the two days ended up catching 70 crappie. We decided to have everyone over to our house to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a fish fry – not too authentic but it was fun. And really yummy!!
