Thankful Tree

I'm addicted to Pinterest lately and saw a posting for a Thankful Tree. Every day until Thanksgiving (or the days I remembered) you are supposed to cut out a hand print of your child and write what they are thankful for. It's been fun to see what comes out of our 2.5 yr old little boy. Here is what Decker was thankful for (in no particular order):

The week after I started the tree, Decker brought a picture and verse home from daycare. It fit so well with our tree and makes us remember what we should be thankful for this time of year:
Let us give thanks to the lord above,
Thanks for his unconditional love.
His lessons of love spread across the land,
Taught by his love on every hand.
Let us be thankful for family and friends, too.
Thankful for all things, good and true.
Let us give thanks for the harvest in fall,
Thanks to Him who gave for us all.
