108th Flight Anniversary

Today the airport held a chili lunch to celebrate the 108th anniversary of the Wright Brothers first flight. We invited our friends the Knippers out for some chili and flying. It was Conner and Nathan's first time flying with Jeff. Conner loved it! His direct quote was "That is the coolest thing I've ever done mom!" Decker was tired so although it was fun he wasn't quite as enthused up in the air :) They also did a teddy bear drop where you drop a stuffed animal out of the airplane window and see who can get closest to the target. Even though the boys animals were no where close to the target, they thought that was pretty cool!
