Adventureland

We were able to go to Adventureland for Pella’s 90^th Anniversary.  They gave all employees free tickets.  So mom came along in Jeff’s place as he had a men’s church outing to fish that sounded like more fun.  The weather was great, not too hot and we met up with our friends Jodi, Madi and Owen.  Decker and Madi had lots of fun riding the rides and playing.  Grady had a tougher time.  He doesn’t seem to like any rides that go around in a circle.  I kind of forgot about it as that happened last year to us too.  The first ride was the carousel and he was so excited until it started moving and he cried the rest of the time.  He only rode 6 rides that day and cried on 3 of them :(  Wondering if he has some motion sickness.  Surprisingly his favorite ride was the saw mill splash which is way crazier of a ride than the little boats, but it doesn’t go in a circle.  Who knows?  Then the end of the day Grady threw up all over himself and his stroller.  Poor kiddo!  Otherwise, the day was pretty fun – ha!
