Parade Time

The last weekend in Aug. we headed down to Mt. Ayr. A friend of mine (Korbie) from Nashville came back to perform at the annual Princess Theater gala. She writes her own songs and is releasing a CD this fall. She's so talented! Sat. morning Blockton was having it's 150th town celebration. So mom, dad, Matt, Decker and Claire were in the parade for the nursing home. They rode in the convertible and threw out candy. Decker thought it was lots of fun. He got to check out some antique tractors when he was there too!
